What to do in Fiji
If the beauty of your surroundings and the slow rhythm of nature are too relaxing for someone adventurous such as yourself, take the chance to explore one of the least contaminated and most beautiful reefs of the world. Join one of our snorkeling trips, changing daily. For the intrepid, take part in our coral restoration dives or go scuba diving in a nearby PADI-certified centre.

Snorkeling
Discover our secluded Twins Reef just opposite the Resort where you can swim with tropical fish, octopi, rays and our resident eel. Be sure to join Seruvi, our certified coral gardener, on a coral restoration snorkel to learn how to plant coral and keep a reef healthy.
Kayaking
At your own pace, explore our protected lagoon and its beautiful surroundings with your kayak.
Hiking trails
Enjoy a 360 degree view of the magical Yasawa Islands from our Navokavoka Trail.
Village tour
The Village and the kids of the Yaqeta school are eager to welcome you in to their lives every Tuesday, when we take you to discover remote Fijian Island living. Don’t miss a cup of Kava with the Chief!
Volleyball
Challenge our local staff to a game of friendly beach volley.
Kava
Join our staff every Friday afternoon around the Tanoa for a Kava session and some local tunes.
Medicine Walk
Discover some of the more ancient Fijian medical remedies when you take a walk around the island with Dan.
Basket Weaving
In a single afternoon, learn how to weave a hat, a bag, or even a Taba.
Coconut Demo
Open in half a Coconut with your bare hand and single a Karate move!
Non-Complimentary Activities
Fishing
Board our brand new cabin 30ft. Power Boat to go after some of the tastier fish in the South Pacific while admiring a breathtaking view of Fiji’s Outer Reef.
Fishing in the Yasawa is a year round experience. Our selection of professional rods have caught Sailfish, Tuna, Mahimahi, Walu, Whaoo, Travelli, Coral Trout, Barracuda and yes, some Sharks too. Charges are reasonable and can be shared with another couple. We recommend that you leave the Resort early in the morning for the best fishing conditions. There is a toilet and an outdoor shower on the vessel.
Sawa-I-Lau Caves
Do not miss the trip to Sawa-I-Lau to swim through pristine freshwater underwater caves.
Scuba Diving
Dives are offered by “Vertical Blue Dives” located on a nearby island just a 30 minutes boat ride away. Pick ups and drop offs are charged 50FJD per way by the diving centre.
Island Hopping
Spend a half day hopping around the various local islands to discover remote places of untouched beauty.
Spear Fishing
Along with local anglers, join our boys on a spear fishing expedition.
Live Like a Fijian For a Day
Join Kikau and his family for a unique day spent like a real Fijian.
Hand Line Fishing
Don’t miss the chance to catch a few snappers in our surrounding reefs. Note that the reef in front of the resort is a protected area, so fishing is not permitted there.
Swim with Mantas 
Experience guided manta ray swims during the Manta Ray snorkeling season (May to September). Don’t miss out on this truly unique experience of swimming alongside these majestic creatures. Minimum of 8 pax is required for 1 trip.
